How is it that Doogie Howser's sidekick Vinnie was in 53 episodes of Doogie Howser, MD, while Doogie himself was in just 41 episodes? Was there like a Vinnie Season at the end of the run because Neil Patrick Harris headed off to Broadway or something? Did they put Doogie in a coma for awhile?
