Time to up my participation at the gym. At least until field work comes in. I know what you mean about the goals. My personal goals have been 'more endurance', 'greater flexibility', 'more stable breathing' (I forget sometimes). And the weight? It'll come. I lost about 10 lbs since I started training, about 14 from my max, gained a couple back around Thanksgiving, but it'll eventually start to come off. That's what they keep telling me.
